Refund And Return

At Nutty Affair, we are committed to delivering high-quality products with utmost care. Since our products fall under the category of food and consumables, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

  • We do not accept returns once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been processed.

Exchanges

We will be happy to arrange an exchange in the rare case that you receive products in a damaged or expired condition. Exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

  • The buyer must notify Nutty Affair within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Clear images of the damaged/expired product, along with the batch number, must be shared via email at info@nuttyaffair.in.

  • Once verified, the product(s) must be shipped back to the following address:

  • Upon successful verification, exchanges will be processed.

  • Refunds will not be issued; instead, compensation will be provided in the form of store credit.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once they are successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway.

  • Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

    • If the buyer does not receive delivery within 30 days due to Nutty Affair’s failure to ship the products.

    • If the shipping location is outside the serviceable areas of our courier partners.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be issued only in the form of store credit.

Important Notes

  • Damaged products will not be eligible for refunds, only for exchange as per the policy above.

  • Refunds or exchanges will not be provided in the following situations:

    • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

    • Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery.

    • Refusal to accept the order at the time of delivery.

    • Delivery made to a recipient/person specified by the customer other than themselves.

    • Delays or non-delivery caused by force majeure events (natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, etc.).

    • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with by the customer.
