Delivery Timelines

  • We strive to deliver all orders within 1–2 working days, depending on your pin code and location.

  • Orders in metro cities are usually delivered faster, while remote areas may take a little longer.

Shipping Charges

  • Free delivery is applicable on all orders above ₹500.

  • For orders below ₹500, a nominal shipping fee will be applicable, which will be clearly visible at checkout.

Delivery Partners

  • Deliveries within select locations will be made by our in-house riders to ensure speed and care.

  • For other locations, we work with trusted courier partners to ensure timely and reliable delivery.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from Nutty Affair with complete tracking details.

  • You can track your package in real-time through the link provided in your email.

Delivery Conditions

  • Please ensure that your shipping address, contact details, and pin code are entered correctly at checkout. Nutty Affair will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

  • In case you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner may attempt re-delivery or get in touch with you to reschedule.
