Thank you for your purchase. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Returns

We do not accept returns for any products because they are perishable and may be affected by handling, storage conditions, and transit after delivery.

Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care in packaging our products. However, if you receive a product that is damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us verify the issue, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the damaged product
  • Photographs of the packaging (if applicable)

Upon verification of the damage, we will arrange for a replacement product to be sent at no additional cost.

Refunds

As our products are perishable, we generally do not offer refunds. In cases where a replacement cannot be provided, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
