Nutty affair can be truly described as a perfect blend of Dimpak’s entrepreneurial spirit, Entire team’s enthusiasm and the idea of introducing a premium range of Nuts & Gourmet chocolates.

A Dimpak Bhandari recalls from his college days that he always wanted to be a founder and get into the food industry which would cater to a premium segment. He always wanted to get into something innovative where brand building would be given importance. His inspiration for a successful business, he says, is to trust in people and try your best to make a difference in the world. He believes that ethics and principles should be the core values in any business and one cannot compromise on them.

Ever since he founded the Nutty Affair, his journey has been absolutely fulfilling as he has been living his dream. The first factory and store for the Nutty Affair were opened on 23rd October 2018. Since then, they have started with supply to other stores from April 2021 and are already present in 150+ leading stores in 9 cities.

When asked about his thoughts on the effect of the lockdown, he says that it is on us, how we take the situation and make something out of it. He remembers that the lockdown was very fruitful for him, as he got a break from his daily routine. His team planned the supply part, made good market research, competitor analysis and a route plan. He admits that his teammates are always supportive and affirm his own beliefs. They truly represent his own idea of ‘Walking together is always better than running alone’.

Following the philosophy of being the author of your own life, Mr. Dimpak Bhandari firmly believes in setting his goals and letting life determine his journey. An MBA postgraduate, he has worked with Target and set up a business in Bangalore by himself. Further, he is now dedicated to take his family business to new heights.

His further goals for the Nutty Affair include making a good online presence of the company; opening new stores-at least one store everywhere till 3 years and 3 then three stores every year. They have identified the cities and the plan is. ready. Moreover, he intends to increase their supply, with a goal of 500+ stores and 40 products before Diwali.

He believes the task wouldn’t be so difficult because of the strong, supportive and dedicated people around him. Together, they will make a difference.
